Just a brief note to tell you how delighted I am with my landscaping. In the first place, I loved the plans you came up with, but they didn't hold a candle to how impressive the finished product is.

Dear Joe,

Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with the new concrete patio at the front entrance of our building. Your crew did an excellent job. The project started on time and was completed as promised in two days. The work site was kept clear of debris and well marked so we didn't have to worry about the safety of our tenants.
