We are pleased to offer design packages suitable for any sized job. All of our designs are done in house and our designers are often our project managers. We feel that it takes a great deal of on-site experience to properly design a landscape.
Over the years we have found that all of our customers are very different in the way that they are able to perceive a landscape design. Some people can look at a blue print type of plan and be able to visualize exactly what the finished product will look like and other people require a great deal of photos and virtual renderings before they can decipher the final product.
These differences have inspired our tiered landscape design packages.
Landscape Design Packages
Sketch Package: This package consists of an hour long site meeting with a designer to go over the all of the wants and needs of the project. The designer will then do an approximately scaled sketch on site, and provide the customer with a quote to do the job.
This package is only appropriate for very small jobs or water feature consultations.
This Package Costs $150.00 + HST within the GTA.
The cost of the sketch package will be deducted from the total cost of the job should the customer decide to go ahead with us for the construction portion of the job.
 Basic Package: This package consists of an hour long site meeting with the customer to go over all of the wants and needs of the project. The customer will give our designer a copy of the property survey and estimated budget for the project at this time. The designer will then take measurements that are relevant to the design.
One to two weeks later, our designer will present a copy of the landscape design on a 24" X 36" sheet of paper and an estimated cost for the project to the customer for review. At this time the customer can make changes to the plan (if any).
Three days later, we will present the final copy of the plan to the customer with a detailed quote for the construction and a material take-off for the project.
This package starts at $400.00 + HST within the GTA.
The cost of the Basic Package will be deducted from the total cost of the job should the customer decide to go ahead with us for the construction portion of the job.
 Coloured Package: This package consists of an hour long site meeting with the customer to go over all of the wants and needs of the project. The customer will give our designer a copy of the property survey and estimated budget for the project at this time. The designer will then take measurements that are relevant to the design.
One to two weeks later, our designer will present a coloured copy of the landscape design on a 24" X 36" sheet of paper and an estimated cost for the project to the customer for review. At this time the customer can make changes to the plan (if any).
Three days later, we will present the final coloured copy of the landscape design to the customer with a detailed quote for the construction and a material take-off for the project.
This package starts at $600.00 + HST within the GTA.
The cost of the Coloured Package minus $200 will be deducted from the total cost of the job should the customer decide to go ahead with us for the construction portion of the job.
 3D Rendered Package: This package consists of an hour long site meeting with the customer to go over all of the wants and needs of the project. The customer will give our designer a copy of the property survey and estimated budget for the project at this time. The designer will then take measurements that are relevant to the design.
Two or three weeks later, our designer will present a black and white copy of the landscape design on a 24" X 36" sheet of paper, an estimated cost for the project and several 3D images from different views of the property using our rendering software. At this time the customer can make changes to the plan (if any).
Three days later, we will present the final black and white copy of the landscape design to the customer with a detailed quote for the construction and a material take-off for the project. We will also provide you with up to date 3D renderings and we can do a virtual 3D walkthrough of your property if you wish.
This package starts at $1200.00 + HST within the GTA.
We will deduct 25% of the 3D Rendered Package design costs if the customer decides to go ahead with us for the construction portion of the job.

Question: Do We Offer Free Estimates?
Answer: Yes and No.
We are a professional landscape design/build company, therefore we charge for our services. If we are required to go to any particular site, take measurements and use our creative knowledge and expertise to come up with a concept, we will charge for that service. That said, if a customer already has a concept and simply requires us to provide a quote on the construction of the project, then we would be more than happy to do so, free of charge.
Requirements for a free estimate:
1) A properly scaled Landscape Design completed by a Professional Landscape Designer.
2) Jobsite requirements sheet confirming all depths, heights and specifications.
3) A material Take-off sheet with all proposed products and intended sizing indicated.
4) An expected construction commencement date.
All of the items above can be dropped off at our office, mailed or emailed.
We will have a quote ready within one week of receiving all of the information.
